ADDITIONAL RESIDENTS’ PARKING SPACES IN CONTROLLED ZONE E
THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (PARKING PLACES) (NO. 1) ORDER 2010
- 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Westminster City Council on 4 th January 2010 made the above Order under sections 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
- 2 The general effect of the Order will be to provide additional residents’ parking spaces at the locations specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
- 3 Please note that the proposed additional residents’ parking space outside No. 6 Charles Street, has been abandoned.
- 4 The Order, which will come into force on 11 th January 2010 and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection until the 15 th February 2010 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at One Stop Shop, City Hall, 62 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP.
- 5 Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
