At a General Meeting of the above named company, duly convened, and held at Tour Bollore, 31-32 quai de Dion Bouton, 92811 Puteaux Cedex - France on 7 December 2009 at 2.30 pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:-

“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that S. J. Evans of Antony Batty & Company LLP, 3 Field Court, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5EF be and hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up”.
