Notice is hereby given that, Pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, Final Meetings of the contributories and Creditors of the above Company will be held at the offices of Haslers, Old Station Road, Loughton IG10 4PL, on 21 January 2010, at 11.00 am and 11.15 am respectively, to receive an account showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. Proxies for use at either of the meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at Haslers, Old Station Road, Loughton IG10 4PL, no later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the meetings.
