Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that final meetings of members and creditors will be held at the offices of Tenon Recovery, Arkwright House, Parsonage Gardens, Manchester, M3 2LF on 16 February 2010 at 11.00am and 11.15am respectively for the purpose of receiving a final account of the Liquidator’s act and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up.

The following resolutions will be considered at the meetings:- “That the Liquidator’s final Receipts and Payments Account be agreed and that the Liquidator be released from all duties and that the books and records be destroyed 12 months after the dissolution of the company.”
