Seraphim Capital LP

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 19 November 2009, Mr Vinod Rustgi transferred to TECF LLC his whole interest in Seraphim Capital LP (a limited partnership registered in England with number LP011423) (the “Partnership”), and that with effect from 19 November 2009, Mr Vinod Rustgi ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
