RIVER BASIN DISTRICT SURFACE WATER AND GROUNDWATER CLASSIFICATION (WATER FRAMEWORK DIRECTIVE) (ENGLAND AND WALES) DIRECTION 2009
Notice is hereby given that the Secretary of State and National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of powers under section 40(2) of the Environment Act, have given Directions to the Environment Agency in relation to the criteria and methods to be used in the assessment of ecological and chemical status of surface water bodies and the quantitative and chemical status of groundwater bodies as required by the Water Framework Directive 2000/60/EC.
