“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Anthony Harry Hyams of Marriotts LLP, Allan House, 10 John Princes Street, London W1G 0AH, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up and that the Liquidator be authorised to distribute the assets in specie.”
