Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Bank Chambers, 1 Central Avenue, Sittingbourne, Kent ME10 4AE, on 25 January 2010, at 11.00 am, to be followed by 11.30 am by a Final Meeting of Creditors, for the purpose of showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining whether the Liquidator shall have his release. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the respective Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her, and a proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at Bank Chambers, 1 Central Avenue, Sittingbourne, Kent ME10 4AE, no later than 12.00 noon on 22 January 2010.
