GREENFORD TOWN CENTRE – NEW TRAFFIC AND PARKING ARRANGEMENTS

THE EALING (PROHIBITION OF STOPPING ON CAB RANKS) (NO. *) ORDER 200*

• 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
• 2 The general effect of the Order would be to provide a taxi rank outside Nos. 195 and 197 Greenford Road, Greenford, at which stopping by all other vehicles would be prohibited. This provision is in addition to the measures previously published on 18 ^th December 2009, also titled “London Borough of Ealing, Greenford Town Centre – New Traffic and Parking Arrangements”.
• 3 The proposed Order and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at Mouchel Limited, 6 ^th Floor, 58 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2ST, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Order is made or the Council decides not to make the Order.

• 5 Any objections or other representations relating to the above proposed Order should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents: Project Centre, Saffron Court, 14b St. Cross Street, London EC1N 8XA, quoting the reference PCL/TMO/4481006, by 20 ^th January 2010. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
