Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 Legislation: of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of creditors of the above-named Company will be held at McAlister & Co, 10 St Helens Road, Swansea, SA1 4AW, on 12 January 2010, at 12.00 noon for the purpose of having a statement of the company’s affairs laid before them, and for the purpose, if thought fit, of nominating a liquidator and of appointing a liquidation committee. Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must lodge a proxy, together with a statement of their debt, at the offices of McAlister & Co, 10 St Helens Road, Swansea, SA1 4AW, not later than 12.00 noon on 11 January 2010.
