Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 Legislation: of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at Holiday Inn Southampton Eastleigh, Leigh Road, Town Centre, Eastleigh SO50 9PG, on 08 January 2010, at 12.00 noon for the purposes provided for in Sections 99 and 101 of the Act. Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must lodge their proxy, together with a statement of claim, at the offices of Accura Partners LLP, Langley House, Park Road, London N2 8EY, not later than 12.00 noon on the business day preceding that of the meeting of creditors.
