Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 94 of The Insolvency Act 1986 that a Final Meeting of Members will be held at The Carlsberg Stadium, Langford Road, Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, SG18 9JU on the 22nd February 2010 at 10.30 am for the purposes of having an account laid before the Members showing the manner in which the liquidation has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of. A member is entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a Proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A Proxy need not be a Member of the Company. General and Special forms of Proxy are available. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged at 13 Broadfield Close, Romford, Essex, RM1 2QR no later than 12.00 noon on the 19th February 2010.
