At a General Meeting of the above named Company convened and held at St. George’s House, 215-219 Chester Road, Manchester, M15 4JE on 11 December 2009 at 11.30 am the following Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution were passed:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Charles MacMillan, of Beever and Struthers, St George’s House, 215-219 Chester Road, Manchester, M15 4JE, be appointed as liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.”
