Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that final meetings of the members and creditors of the above-named company will be held on 27 January 2010 at 11.00 am and 11.15 am respectively, at the offices of Piper Thompson, Mulberry House, 53 Church Street, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 8DJ, for the purpose of receiving an account of the liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up. A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf for which a form of proxy must be lodged with myself no later than noon on the 26 January 2010.
