Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the order of Mr Justice Roth in the Chancery Division of the High Court dated 30 November 2009 that on his impending retirement from The P&A Partnership, 93 Queen Street, Sheffield S1 1WF:
1. Allan Cooper was removed from his office as joint liquidator of the following companies subject to creditors’ voluntary liquidation and replaced by Andrew Philip Wood of The P&A Partnership :
Apollo Sports Technologies Limited;
Yorkshire Plastering Services Limited;
Otter Telecom Limited;
RCT Realisations Limited (formerly Reynolds Cycle Technology Limited);
Advanced Windows & Conservatories of Beverley Limited;

2. Allan Cooper was removed from his office as joint liquidator of the following companies in creditors’ voluntary liquidation and replaced by Gareth David Rusling of The P&A Partnership :
Smart Engine Technology Limited;
Reepdale Limited t/a Crown Technical Services;
RMH Realisations Limited (formerly Rogerthorpe Manor Hotel Limited);
Darnall Shotblasting & Coatings Limited;
ASK Engineering Services Limited;
William Dunk Flooring Limited; and
2 Serve Limited.
3. Allan Cooper was removed from his office as liquidator of the following companies subject to a compulsory winding up and replaced by Ashleigh William Fletcher of The P&A Partnership :
Talesouth Limited, Birmingham District Registry of the High Court No 5383 of 2006; and Holdsworths Limited, Halifax County Court No 6 of 2007.
4. Allan Cooper was removed from his office as joint liquidator of the following company subject to members’ voluntary liquidation and replaced by Andrew Philip Wood of The P&A Partnership .
Apollo Sports Holdings Limited.
5. Allan Cooper was removed from his office as joint supervisor of the following company voluntary arrangement and replaced by Ashleigh William Fletcher of The P&A Partnership :
Girston Limited, Grimsby County Court No 11 of 2005.
6. Allan Cooper was removed from his office as trustee in bankruptcy of the following individuals and replaced by Ashleigh William Fletcher of The P&A Partnership:
William and John Chambers, Sunderland County Court No 50 of 1995; and Baljinder Bhamra, Leeds County Court No 267 of 2007.
7. Allan Cooper was removed from his office as joint supervisor of the following individual voluntary arrangement and replaced by Ashleigh William Fletcher of The P&A Partnership :
Paul Kirk t/a The Forge Group, Sheffield County Court No 44 of 2004.
All creditors of the above mentioned matters and individuals have permission to apply for reconsideration of the order (insofar as it relates to an estate of which they are a creditor) provided that such application is made within 28 days of the date of this notice.
All members of Apollo Sports Holdings Limited (in members voluntary liquidation) have permission to apply for reconsideration of the order (insofar as it relates to Apollo Sports Holdings Limited - in members voluntary liquidation) provided that any such application is made within 28 days of the date of this notice.
In the case of each liquidation and bankruptcy Allan Cooper is entitled to apply to the Secretary of State for his release within 21 days of the date of this notice save in respect of any claims notified by that date.
Creditors have the right to call for statements under regulation 11 (in liquidations) or regulation 25 (in bankruptcies) of the Insolvency Regulations 1994.
Where there is a creditors committee it is open to that committee to require an account of Allan Cooper’s administration and that where there is no committee, it is open to an individual creditor to apply to the court within 28 days of the notice to require such an account.
