• 1 The Council proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6, 45 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
• 2 The general effect of the street car parking place order would be to designate a parking place in Boston Manor Road, Brentford as detailed in the Schedule 1 to this Notice at which only vehicles displaying the Streetcar logo and a permit issued by the London Borough of Hounslow may wait “at any time” throughout the week.
• 3 The general effect of the Disabled Persons Parking Places Order would be to further amend the Hounslow (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No.1) Order 2008 and subsequent amendments to that order to designate parking places in the streets detailed in Schedule 2 to this Notice which will operate “at any time” throughout the week; and revoke items No. 31 and 177 the designation of the existing Disabled Person Parking Places.
• 4 The general effect of the waiting restriction Order would be to further amend the London Borough of Hounslow (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 2008 so that waiting by vehicles would be prohibited in the lengths of roads as specified in Schedule 3 to this Notice.
• 5 The general effect of the Parking Places Order will be to revoke Item No. 12 and update the resident parking places description for item No. 11 as detailed in Schedule 4 to this Notice.
• 6 A copy of: the proposed Orders; the Council’s statement of reason for proposing to make the Orders; a map which indicates the length of road to which the Orders relate can be inspected online at www.hounslow.gov.uk and at the Forms and Documents Counter at the London Borough of Hounslow main reception at the Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow TW3 4DN between the hours of 9.00am – 4.15pm Mondays to Fridays until the end of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. • 7 Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing stating the grounds of the objection to the Director of Environment at the London Borough of Hounslow, Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow TW3 4DN quoting the reference TMO/P001A/09, to be received by no later than Monday 23 November 2009.
