At a general Meeting of the Company convened and held at Conduit House, 24 Conduit Place, London W2 1EP on 23 October 2009 the following resolutions were passed:-
Special Resolution
That the Company be wound up voluntarily.
Ordinary Resolution
That Ian Franses of Ian Franses Associates, Conduit House, 24 Conduit Place, London W2 1EP be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.
