the “Partnership”Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that on 29 October 2009, the Partnership interests were amended as follows:
SG Leasing IX transferred its entire General Partnership interest in the Partnership representing 0.01% of all Partnership interests in the Partnership to SG Vendor Leasing (September), a Company incorporated in and governed by the laws of England and Wales and having its registered offices at c/o Group Legal, SG House, 41 Tower Hill, London EC3N 4SG.
SG Leasing (Central 1) Limited transferred its entire Limited Partnership interest in the Partnership representing 0.002% of all Partnership interests in the Partnership to SG Leasing (December) Limited, a Company incorporated in and governed by the laws of England and Wales and having its registered offices at c/o Group Legal, SG House, 41 Tower Hill, London EC3N 4SG.
SG Leasing (March) Limited transferred 0.99% of its Partnership interest in the Partnership to SG Vendor Leasing (September), a Company incorporated in and governed by the laws of England and Wales and having its registered offices at c/o Group Legal, SG House, 41 Tower Hill, London EC3N 4SG.
SG Leasing (March) Limited transferred 0.998% of its Partnership interest in the Partnership to SG Leasing (December) Limited, a Company incorporated in and governed by the laws of England and Wales and having its registered offices at c/o Group Legal, SG House, 41 Tower Hill, London EC3N 4SG.
The Partners are now:
SG Leasing (March) Limited and SG Vendor Leasing (September) as General Partners and SG Leasing (December) Limited as Limited Partner.
