At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above named company held at 12.00 noon at Curzon House, 64 Clifton Street, London EC2A 4HB on 19 October 2009 the following Resolutions were duly passed (pursuant to section 378(1) of the Companies Act 1985 and section 84(1)(c) of the Insolvency Act 1986) as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable that the same should be wound-up accordingly and that Hasan Mirza, of Curzon House, 64 Clifton Street, London, EC2A 4HB, be and he is hereby nominated liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
