At a general meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Barcelo Oxford Hotel, Godstow Road, Oxford OX2 8AL on the 16 October 2009 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively;
“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that A Clifton, of Leonard Curtis, Bamfords Trust House, 85-89 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 2BB, be and is hereby appointed the Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
At the subsequent meeting of creditors held at the same place on the same day, the appointment of A Clifton of Leonard Curtis, Bamfords Trust House, 85-89 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 2BB as Liquidator was confirmed.
