Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will held at the offices of Harris Lipman LLP, 2 Mountview Court, 310 Friern Barnet Lane, Whetstone, London, N20 0YZ on 3 December 2009 at 10.00am for the purpose of having an account laid before them, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
