At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Begbies Traynor, 2-3 Pavilion Buildings, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 1EE, on the 22 October 2009 the following Resolution was duly passed:
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that this Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that G W Rhodes and J J Beard, both of Begbies Traynor, 2/3 Pavilion Buildings, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 1EE, be and is hereby appointed the Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.”
