1. “That the Company should be wound up voluntarily.”
ORDINARY
2. “That Martin Charles Armstrong of Turpin, Barker Armstrong, Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey SM1 4LA, be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
