“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Jonathan Mark Birch and Nicholas Hugh O'Reilly, both of Vantis Business Recovery Services, 43-45 Butts Green Road, Hornchurch, Essex RM11 2JX, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up.”
