Notice is hereby given pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 that a Meeting of Creditors of the above named Company will be held at Holiday Inn, Peterborough West, Thorpe Wood, Peterborough, PE3 6SG on 3 November 2009 at 10.30 am for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99 to 101 of the said Act.
A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors may be inspected free of charge between 10.00am and 5.00pm at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Abacus House, Castle Park, Gloucester Street, Cambridge CB3 0AN on the two business days preceding the date of the Meeting.
Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) ensure their proxies are received at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Abacus House, Castle Park, Gloucester Street, Cambridge CB3 0AN no later than midday on the business day preceding the date of the meeting.
