At a General Meeting of the members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at: Institute of Chartered Accountants, Business Centre 3.1, Chartered Accountants Hall, Moorgate Place, London EC2R 6EA on 14 October 2009 the following resolutions were duly passed, number 1 as a special resolution and number 2 as an ordinary resolution:-
1. “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily”.
2. “That Alex Kachani FCA of Crawfords, Stanton House, 41 Blackfriars Road, Salford, Manchester M3 7DB be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the company.”
