A Petition to wind up the above-named Company Ball & Chambers Ltd, Registered Office Seymour Chambers, 92 London Road, Liverpool L3 5NW, presented on 29 September 2009 by MARSHALLS MONO LTD, T/A PREMIER MORTARS, Landscape House, Premier Way, Lowfields Business Park, Elland, West Yorkshire HX5 9HT, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Leeds District Registry, on 10 November 2009, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
