NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTION 88
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Brian Curry for consent to discharge up to 9 cubic metres per day of secondary treated sewage effluent to an unnamed tributary of Huntington & Stockton Drain at National Grid Reference SE 63549 56060 from Wagtail Park, North Lane, Huntington, York, YO32 9SU.
Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Environment Agency, Water Quality Permitting Support Centre, PO Box 4209, Sheffield, S9 9BS, during the period 22/10/09 to 3/12/09 quoting reference NPSWQD009332.
Please be aware that any representation may be made available to third parties under the Freedom of Information Act or Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at the Local Environment Agency office at Environment Agency, Public Register, Phoenix House, Global Avenue, Leeds, LS11 8PG between the hours of 9 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays).
