HOMEOWNER INFORMATION PACKS LIMITED
At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, held at 1-2 Little King Street, Bristol BS1 4HW, on 14 October 2009 at 10.30 am, the following Resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Steve Ramsbottom and David Rolph, both of Moore Stephens LLP, 1-2 Little King Street, Bristol BS1 4HW, be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up of the Company. The joint liquidators are to act either alone or jointly.”
At a meeting of creditors held on the same day the creditors confirmed the appointment of SAJ Ramsbottom and D Rolph as joint liquidators (and that the joint liquidators are authorised to act either alone or jointly).
