At a General Meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held at Gladstone House, 2 Church Road, Liverpool L15 9EG on 12 October 2009 the following resolutions were duly passed:
1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.
2. That Alan Howard Tomlinson of Tomlinsons, Gladstone House, 2 Church Road, Liverpool L15 9EG is hereby appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.
At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on the same date, the resolution was ratified together with the appointment of Alan Howard Tomlinson of Tomlinsons, Gladstone House, 2 Church Road, Liverpool L15 9EG, as Liquidator of the company.
