RSM SECURITY SERVICES LIMITED
At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at Wilson Field Limited, The Annexe, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield S11 9PS on 7 October 2009 at 1.00 pm the following resolutions were duly passed; No 1 as a special resolution and No 2 as an ordinary resolution:-
1. “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily”.
2. “That Fiona Grant and Lisa Jane Hogg of Wilson Field Limited, The Annexe, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield S11 9PS, be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators for the purposes of such winding up”.
