Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the final meetings of the contributories and creditors of the above company will be held at the offices of Haslers, Old Station Road, Loughton, IG40 4PL on 12 November 2009 at 12.15pm and 12.30pm respectively to receive an account showing how the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the company’s property disposed of and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
Proxies for use at either of the meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at Haslers, Old Station Road, Loughton, IG10 4PL no later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the meetings.
