A E K ASSOCIATES LIMITED
At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above named company, duly convened and held at Elizabeth House Hotel, 42/44 The Avenue, Southampton SO17 1XP on 30 September 2009, the following resolutions were duly passed; No 1 as a special resolution and No 2 as an ordinary resolution:-
1. “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound-up voluntarily”.
2. “That David John Stringer of Stringer & Co, 5 Bassett Wood Drive, Southampton SO16 3PT be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the winding up”.
