At a General Meeting of the above-named company held at Ward & Co, Bank House, 7 Shaw Street, Worcester WR1 3QQ, on 22 September 2009, at 11.00 am, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:
“That the company resolves by Special Resolution that it be wound up voluntarily and that Lyn Marie Green of Ward & Co, Bank House, 7 Shaw Street, Worcester WR1 3QQ, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
At a subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 22 September 2009 at Ward & Co, Bank House, 7 Shaw Street, Worcester WR1 3QQ, at 11.30 am, the appointment of the said Lyn Marie Green, as Liquidator of the Company was duly confirmed.
