THE BROMLEY (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) ORDER 2003 (AMENDMENT NO. 79) EXPERIMENTAL ORDER 2009.
(STATION APPROACH, ST MARY CRAY)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on 2 nd October 2009 made the above-mentioned Order under Sections 9 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) which will come into operation on 19 th October 2009.
The effect of the Order will be to introduce waiting restrictions as specified in the Schedule to this notice.
The scheme will be reviewed after being in operation for six months and if successful may be made permanent under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Any person wishing to object to the indefinite continuation of the Order, may, within a period of six months from the day on which the experimental Order came into force, send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds on which it is made to the Director of Environment, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent BR1 3UH, quoting reference ADE(TP)RP/T100/534.

WAITING RESTRICTIONS
No Waiting At Any Time:-
STATION APPROACH, St. Mary Cray, (a) the north side, (i) from the south eastern kerbline of Chipperfield Road south eastwards to a point 8m west of a point in line with the common boundary of Nos. 25 & 27 Greenleigh Avenue; (ii) from the western kerbline of Sevenoaks Way westwards to a point 9.5m east of a point in line with the western boundary of No. 1 Millfields Cottages; (b) the south side, (i) from the south eastern kerbline of Sayes Court Road south eastwards to the north western kerbline of the entrance to St Mary Cray Station car park; (ii) from a point 1m west of a point in line with the eastern boundary of No. 25 Millfields Close eastwards for a distance of 20m; (iii) from the western kerbline of Cray Avenue westwards to a point 29m east of a point in line with the western boundary of No. 1 Millfields Cottages.
No Waiting between 8am and 6.30pm throughout the week:-
STATION APPROACH, St. Mary Cray, (a) the north side, from a point 8m west of a point in line with the common boundary of Nos. 25 & 27 Greenleigh Avenue eastwards to a point 9.5m east of a point in line with the western boundary of No. 1 Millfields Cottages; (b) the south side, (i) from the south eastern kerbline of the entrance to St Mary Cray Station car park eastwards to a point 12.5m west of a point in line with the common boundary of Nos. 25 & 27 Greenleigh Avenue; (ii)from a point 2.5m west of a point in line with the common boundary of Nos. 2 & 4 Homefield Close eastwards for a distance of 22m; (iii) from a point 9m east of a point in line with the common boundary of Nos. 16 & 18 Homefield Close eastwards for a distance of 20m.
