I, Maheshkumar Hirabhai Karadia of 32 Stanley Road, Leicester LE2 1RE, was a Director of NBN Outlet Limited trading as furniture-base during the 12 months ending with the day before the date of liquidation.
Pursuant to Rule 4.228 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, I give notice that I am acting and intend to continue to act in one or more ways specified in section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 in connection with, or for the purpose of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the insolvent Company under the name MangoMaya Limited trading as furniture-base.
