Notice is hereby given that general meetings of the Company of the members and creditors will be held at 1 More London Place, London, SE1 2AF on 23 October 2009 at 10.00 am and 10.30 am for the purposes mentioned in Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

A member/creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy, who need not be a member of the Company, to attend and vote instead of him/her.

A form of proxy, for use at the meeting must be lodged at the offices of Ernst & Young LLP at 1 More London Place, London, SE1 2AF no later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the meeting.
