Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 4 September 2009, Partners Group Global Opportunities Limited transferred 100% of the interest held by it in Doughty Hanson & Co V LP No. 2 being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with No LP11713 (the “Partnership”), to (1) JPMorgan European Pooled Corporate Finance Institutional Investors IV LLC, as to 46.85%; (2) JPMorgan European Corporate Finance Institutional Offshore Investors IV L.P., as to 1.45%; (3) J.P. Morgan Secondary Private Equity Investors LLC, as to 26.01%; (4) 522 Fifth Avenue Fund, L.P., as to 0.75%; (5) Frontier Global Buyout Private Investors Offshore, L.P., as to 5.76%; (6) Northern Trust Company as Trustee for Account# FUS58 22-21450, as to 9.59%; (7) Rollins Foundation Partnership, L.P., as to 3.60%; and (8) RPETF, LLC, as to 5.99%, and on that date each of (1) JPMorgan European Pooled Corporate Finance Institutional Investors IV LLC (2) JPMorgan European Corporate Finance Institutional Offshore Investors IV L.P. (3) J.P. Morgan Secondary Private Equity Investors LLC (4) 522 Fifth Avenue Fund, L.P. (5) Frontier Global Buyout Private Investors Offshore, L.P. (6) Northern Trust Company as Trustee for Account# FUS58 22-21450 (7) Rollins Foundation Partnership, L.P. and (8) RPETF, LLC was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Partners Group Global Opportunities Limited ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
