THE REDBRIDGE (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO. **) ORDER 2009
- 1 Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Redbridge after consultation with the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, propose to make the above-mentioned Order in exercise of the powers, conferred by sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
- 2 The general effect of the waiting and loading restriction Order would be to further
amend the Redbridge (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1993 so as to:
- a introduce waiting restrictions operative “at any time” on certain lengths of the streets specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice;
- b introduce waiting restrictions operative between 8.00 am and 9.30 am and between 2.30 pm and 4.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, during school term time only, on the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 2 to this Notice.
- 3 Copies of the proposed Order, of the Order being amended, together with a plan of the area and the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order, along with more detailed particulars of the scheme may be inspected between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm, on Mondays to Fridays (9.30 am to 4.30 pm on Wednesdays), until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders, at the Information Centre, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford, Essex IG1 1NN.
- 4 Any person wishing to object or make representations on the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection or representation and the grounds thereof to the Chief Highways & Engineering Services Officer, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford, Essex IG1 1NY quoting reference HES/TE/SA/H391/2 by no later than 1 October 2009.

- b the south-west side, between a point 4.08 metres north-west of the common boundary of Nos. 169 and 171 Whitehall Road and the south-western boundary of No. 191 Whitehall Road.
