Resolutions - That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company be wound up voluntarily. That Matthew Douglas Hardy, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, of Poppleton & Appleby, 35 Ludgate Hill, Birmingham B3 1EH be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.
