The Queen has been pleased by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm dated 23 July 2009 to appoint Charles John Raffles Flint, Esquire, Q.C., Christopher James Ellis Gardner, Esquire, Q.C., Sir John Anthony Holland, Knight, and Susan Joyce O’Brien, Q.C., to be Members of the Investigatory Powers Tribunal until 22 July 2014, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000.
