Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a final general meeting of the members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Benedict Mackenzie LLP, 62 Wilson Street, London EC2A 2BU, on 18 September 2009, at 11.00 am, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member. Proxy forms must be lodged with the Liquidator at Benedict Mackenzie LLP, 62 Wilson Street, London EC2A 2BU, by no later than 12.00 noon on 17 September 2009.
