Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 Legislation: of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at City Inn Bristol, Temple Way, Bristol BS1 6BF, on 04 August 2009, at 11.00 am for the purposes provided for in Sections 99 and 101 of the Act. Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must lodge their proxy, together with a statement of claim, at the offices of Fisher Partners, Acre House, 11/15 William Road, London NW1 3ER, not later than 12.00 noon on 3 August 2009.
