Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of Contributories and Creditors of the above named companies will be held at the offices of BDO Stoy Hayward LLP, 55 Baker Street, London W1U 7EU on 3 September 2009 at 11.00 hrs and 11.15 hrs for Jet, 11.30 hrs and 11.45 hrs for Townhouse, and 12.00 hrs and 12.15 hrs for Ventnor respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before the meetings showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Companies disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators.
