STRATEGIC CHINA LIMITED
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a Final Meeting of the Members of Strategic China Limited will be held at the offices of Antony Batty & Company LLP, 3 Field Court, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5EF at 11.00 am on 19 August 2009 for the purposes of having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company was conducted and the property of the company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator and to consider the following resolutions:
1. That the Liquidator’s report be approved.
2. That the Liquidator’s receipts and payments be approved.
3. That the Liquidator be granted his release.
A form of proxy for use at the meeting, must be lodged with the liquidator at 3 Field Court, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5EF no later than 12 noon on the preceding business day.
