At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named company, convened and held at the offices of Geoffrey Martin & Co, 7-8 Conduit Street, London W1S 2XF, on 15 July 2009, at 12.30 pm, the following Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution were duly passed:
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily; and that Stephen Goderski, of Geoffrey Martin & Co, 7-8 Conduit Street, London W1S 2XF, be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.”
