Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: section 98 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Baines & Ernst Corporate Limited, Lloyds House, 18-22 Lloyd Street, Manchester M2 5BE, on 25 August 2009, at 11.30 am, for the purposes provided for in sections 99 and 101 of the Act. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must lodge their proxy, together with a statement of claim, at the offices of Baines & Ernst Corporate Limited, Lloyds House, 18-22 Lloyd Street, Manchester M2 5BE, not later than 12.00 noon on 24 August 2009. The proxy form and statement may be posted or sent by fax to 0161 216 8689. Secured Creditors may only vote for the balance of the debt, which will not be recovered by enforcement of the security, unless right to enforce is waived. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, at the offices of Baines & Ernst Corporate Limited, Lloyds House, 18-22 Lloyd Street, Manchester M2 5BE, on 23 August 2009 and 24 August 2009 between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm. If no Liquidation Committee is formed, a Resolution may be taken specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated. The Meeting will receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the Meeting
