In contemplation of the dissolution of the Companies, all persons owing monies to the Companies are requested to settle amounts concerned directly with the Liquidator, Mr Peter Franks of Ernst & Young LLP, PO Box 9, 14 New Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 4AF. In addition, all persons having claims against the Companies are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Liquidator on or before 31 August 2009.
