At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 13 July 2009 at 10.30 am at 257b Croydon Road, Beckenham, Kent BR3 3PS the following Special and Ordinary Resolutions were duly passed:
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Bailey and Tommaso Ahmad, both of Bailey Ahmad Limited, 257b Croydon Road, Beckenham, Kent, BR3 3PS, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
At a subsequent meeting of creditors, duly convened pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and held on the same day, the appointment of Paul Bailey and Tommaso Ahmad of Bailey Ahmad Limited was confirmed.
