the “Partnership”Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 29 May 2009 Dickson Invest & Trade Ltd., transferred 100% of their interest held in the Partnership to Bundora Associates Inc., and consequently on that date, Bundora Associates Inc., was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Dickson Invest & Trade Ltd., ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership. This transfer was accepted by the General Partner of the Partnership on 29 May 2009 but deemed to be effective by each party to the transfer on 1 May 2009.
